Hannah and Rowan met whilst working together on the BBC Folk Award nominated album ‘Songs of Separation’ on the Isle of Eigg. Although they have only recently met, Hannah’s former band Frebo covered a version of Rowan’s arrangement of a Robert Frost poem they found on her Myspace page (way back when Myspace was at thing!). Hannah currently lives in Brooklyn, New York and Rowan in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, we managed to catch them both when Hannah was last over and we filmed the inaugural Hudson Sessions . Luckily enough we will be recording and releasing an EP by the duo hopefully in the early summer!
